ok so i downloaded the new codecs like the troubleshooter said to do. redid my videos and they are still upside down. i saw on here that someone had said to uninstall and then reinstall after installing the new codecs. did not work at all. still upside down the video looks great and the audio seems to be insynch i just have to turn the player upside down to view it. i have a sansa view and so far this is the ONLY software i have found that will work with it even though it is upside down. i have no clue what else to try
