I have the IVM (version 4.20) set to answer after three rings. I pick up the telephone after 1 ring. As I am talking the system answers and I have to actually turn the system off and then on again.

two questions

1) is there a fix for this

2) Was this fixed in the latest version

I have downloaded a sample file with ten mailboxes. they are named mailbox 2 mailbox 2 etc

When I call remotely the system asks me for a mailbox id. I cannot type in mailbox 1 with the telephone.

when using a mailbox how do I access

the name

the mailbox id

the password

Trying to access the system remotely. the default mailbox 's name is default how do I type that in the remote telephone. I am trying to get my messages remotely.

or how do I get the system to save messages in a mailbox called 333 ( i created that) i can access that because the mailbox id is 333 i can type that in from a remote telephome

"that is not a valid mailbox id"

I have only one mailbox and I have set the code to 8888

 

I am using a zoom voice modem is this the problem ??

I cannot seem to find the mailbox id

I have ordered a way2call box will this help
