I have the IVM (version 4.20) set to answer after three rings. I pick up the telephone after 1 ring. As I am talking the system answers and I have to actually turn the system off and then on again. two questions 1) is there a fix for this 2) Was this fixed in the latest version thanks in advance for the help Ronp923

I have downloaded a sample file with ten mailboxes. they are named mailbox 2 mailbox 2 etc When I call remotely the system asks me for a mailbox id. I cannot type in mailbox 1 with the telephone. when using a mailbox how do I access the name the mailbox id the password thanks

I am trying ivm I love it except for I am having one problem. I cannot access the system remotely. I followed the settings exactly and I get an error message "that is not a valid mailbox id" I have only one mailbox and I have set the code to 8888 I am using a zoom voice modem is this the problem ?? I cannot seem to find the mailbox id I have ordered a way2call box will this help thanks in advance ron
