I am trying out Express scribe and Dictate both connecting through Express Delegate. I am using Dragon v9 which works nicely to transcribe the audio into the notes box but only if I load the audio file from a source location. If I sync with the Express Delegate server it performs no speech recognition on that file, however if I open that same audio file manually from the Delegate webpage it will transcribe the audio. I have tested this with all different source formats and determined it only refuses to perform speech recognition on dictations I am loading from Delegate which is of course the one method I would prefer to use.
