I have the Creative Zen and my kids have the Microsoft Zune. I am looking for video conversion software that will convert to the correct formats for these 2 players. Can Prism do that? Also - I am trying to find the best way to convert TV shows from my TiVo units. I can get them to my PC and run them through Directshow Dump. Can I just run through Prism after that to convert to the correct video format for the Zen and Zune? Sorry for the basic questions, but this is all pretty new for me. Thanks, Rick
