Cold Steel

Is there anyone here? Apparently there's no way to reach AVS no responses here. Still, AVS advertises their software as being able to do it, but none of the downloads actually does it.

I'd like to record audio tracks from DVDs, but I see no options for doing so with the version I downloaded. I understand Swtich does convert DVD audio to mp3, but I can't figure out how to do it. (I tried going to File>Open and then going to the VIDEO_TS folder, but no files are listed). Can someone help? Thanks.
