I've noted a similar (maybe same) problem on recoding batches of mp3 files: existing id3v2 tags are converted to id3v1 tags, thus truncated. I've verified this with "MP3TAG". Obviously, V2 tags are preferable. :') Will be looking for subsequent version, with fix for this. John
