  1. Hi, I'd like to... no, I really must have a switch to make the target file dates the same as the source file's. As far as I can see, there is no such switch, neither in my version nor in the versions that succeeded it. (Please advise if I am wrong.) I suggest this would be a general option, not a codec-specific switch. Here is my usage scenario. I use a small Olympus voice recorder. It plays MP3s, but records only WMA. Since none of the tools I use for on-the-fly processing knows WMA, I convert the files on the voice recorder to MP3. However, the file's date and timestamp is an important information that I need to interpret the content of the recording. If it gets lost in conversion, I would have to keep the WMA files for reference, as long as I need the corresponding MP3. That makes file management an obvious PITB. Thanks!
