  1. It is funny, but after installing the new version 4.2 it is not possible to enter a valid access code anymore. I tried it with Linksys PAP2, Linksys Phone and Counterpaths BRIA. -->> NO SUCCESS. Just overwriting the installation with the 4.11 version it works again as before. At that point I am asking, why NCH licence expires after 3 months to upgrade even there are only bugfixes done and no essential function added? Even at Microsoft I can install service packs after years to solve errors in the software.
  2. Hi to all, Having the IVM with the AXON running well, I would like to Signal on my mobile phone that there is a Message waiting. Using the Forward to Telephone option calls my mobile, but simply repeats the standart message to enter a "1" but nothing happens. I also tried to forward to an other extension with a softphone, and also Linksys phone. I get the call and hear the message, but IVM does not accept the key 1. I restarted the server after changes, but also on the log-display it shows: Initiate SIP call to , then play system prompt ForwardMessage. I can also not adjust the outbound call time to 10 seconds. Even if the IVM is set to that minimum of 10 seconds, it takes no effect on the call. This was a second hope to simply call the mobile 2 or 3 rings and then hang up. Thanks for any response. Peter
