I bought Switch online. I accidently didn't check the box to agree to the terms. Instead of clicking the "Back" button, I closed the window. So I think I paid for Switch TWICE. I got two invoices in my email.
I have searched the NCH web site and can find no way to contact them. PLEASE HELP!
If I can't contact them I guess I have no choice but to put the duplicate charge in dispute when I get my statement from Visa.
