I've downloaded the sony interface but when I try to listen all I hear are strange outer space sounds. I need to transcribe this today but despite my efforts I can't fix the problem. What do I need to do differently to establish a clear audio using this Sony file with my Express Scribe? I've used Express Scribe for 3 years and have the foot pedals (not using them at the moment). That shouldn't matter but I'm really frustrated. Okay, I'm not a techie either. lol Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated. I love new software and hate it at the same time.
