No, it's not all DMG files. I've looked into the error fixes that are about: the 'unknown user' exists, so this is not the problem; I've checked my permissions and fixed them; I've also tried to download via Safari, as this worked for one Mac User, but not for me; the other suggestion was that it's an error when people are packaging the dmg files, ie they should stuff it rather than zip.
There doesn't seem to be a fix for intermittent error 95 problems, so what I would really like is for someone at NCH to send me the Express Scribe program in another format other than a zipped file to see if that will work. I'm desperate to get Express Scribe on the eMac ASAP so if anyone's about at NCH, I'm around for quite few hours this evening if there's any help you can give, or you can send the file another format (fine via email).
