Free lines works itself, but for to complete transfer need another extension number for next free line. I think this should be recorded in help file as well.

Hi, I have a solution!! Transfer has been completed. The reason why we can't make it is that express talk is 6 line and all lines had same extension number. For to transfer calls, you have to configure next (2-nd) line with different extension number: if 1-st line is extension 103, 2-nd should be 104 or something other. Then call transfer starting to work. hope it will help.

hi, yes, same problem is with my system. nothing can to do. it's not transferring. both lines disconnecting. support nothing talking. do not know what to do. I have few voip servers, and cisco gateways. all works well with Axon. Eyebeam x-ten also works well with axon (transfering calls), but express talk not works with Axon using same feature.

i have 10 years experiance with voip, but can't make call transfer using express talk. is any support with this products here? or pay money only to buy such support? Both lines disconnecting.
