  1. Thankyou, The Master, I copied the location you gave and placed it in "run". It worked fine when I replaced the backup into the ExpressInvoice folder.
  2. Dave, I tried what you said, but you can't delete the EI start icon and even though that's probably obvious, I thought I'd mention it. Anyway, I copied the backup into the folder (mine was located in the same place yours is) but nothing happened. Does anyone know if NCH is doing anything about this? Seems a lot of people have this problem especially if you have to move to another computer.
