  1. I had the same problem too, i removed one of the phone lines from the settings, and the software kept crashing everytime I wanted to restart. I luckily figured out a way to fix it, I went to the program file area where IVM stores its settings. On my computer it was c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NCH Swift Sound\IVM You'll see the settings.ini, open the file by editing it with notepad or any text editor. In there you'll see all the settings so hopefully you can point out the one you just changed before the crash started. Mine was the Line0 setting, [line0] use = false I changed it back to [line0] use = true saved the file exited, and restarted IVM, and everything started working. Thank goodness I didn't have to reinstall the application.
