Transcription is very difficult for us when I can't quickly change from one microphone channel to another. If this can't be done our company will need to change to an entirely different program (such a pain!).

Can I create a hotkey for this, and how would I do it?

The channel volume and mute controls do actually work, but not in real-time. You have to press Play again for them to take effect. It's a bug in v4.23.

Thanks - I appreciate your response, and they do indeed work as you said... an annoying glitch that one is!

My channels come up, but I have no control over them. Neither sliding the bar nor highlighting the channel numbers has any effect what-so-ever. I NEED to distinguish the channels from one another! I think it's only playing as one audio file, but recorded as 4.

There is absolutely no 'Help' info about this nor any settings to alter, that I can find.

I would REALLY appreciate any advice.
