Transcription is very difficult for us when I can't quickly change from one microphone channel to another. If this can't be done our company will need to change to an entirely different program (such a pain!). Can I create a hotkey for this, and how would I do it? Thanks!

My channels come up, but I have no control over them. Neither sliding the bar nor highlighting the channel numbers has any effect what-so-ever. I NEED to distinguish the channels from one another! I think it's only playing as one audio file, but recorded as 4. There is absolutely no 'Help' info about this nor any settings to alter, that I can find. I would REALLY appreciate any advice. Thanks.
