I've had this problem where IVM doesn't record files anymore. It has been working for weeks and I have 351 files in one mailbox, but when you call in it will prompt to record, but no file appears in the mailbox. I created a new mailbox and it is working again now. Does this mean each mailbox has a limit to the amount of files it can have? If so, can I retrieve any of the files that has been missed? I'm using IVM Version 3.04. Has anyone come across this??
