Anyone?

I am using Express Talk with SipDiscount as my Voip provider. I can make & receive calls, however I have this problem. I place a call and hear the outgoing ring tone, then I terminate the call by hanging-up before it's answered, the phone log shows I'm disconnected, but in fact the number called is still ringing ... I tested this by calling my own landline & then hanging-up on Express Talk, ... but my landline continued to ring! ... Any advice appreciated
