  1. Simply make an OGM for each of the employees, then have each OGM do whatever you do.About the busy lines, if you only have one line, that's how many ppl at once you can get IVM to handle. Call waiting doesn't make any difference, since the line will be taken by IVM to answer the original call
  2. I have a system where the caller has to identify by entering a password sent to his/her mailing address upon request. As soon as the call comes in, the data is entered and retrieved from a text file The problem is I haven't been able to find a way to remove that initial entry from the database automatically so the caller doesn't use it again, it is supposed to be good for one use, on that particular term, so they don't get the wrong or outdated grade. But the code stays on the text file so the same student can call say...20 times and use the same code, to get the same information.
