Hi friends.. I´m testing IVM software to make automated calls with a message to all my customers... I have an asterisk pbx with a VoiP account (to control extensions, trunks, print reports, etc)... my IVM software is connected to my asterisk pbx as an extension. All works fine, i can make automated calls to a lot of phone numbers, the only proble is: when call is answered, my IVM softwares delays about 7-8 seconds to play the message... ¿How can i reduce this time?, i wish: when call is answered the message plays inmediately... because, if not, customers hang off the phone... Thanks in advance¡¡¡
