Should I use stun servers for outbound traffic?

Well I get different ones at different times. One I just got was Unable to auto-detect public IP. Then it says Using Private IP Ten says Error. Other side said: Bad Request Now my phone has both a data plan and wifi on it and I have tried it with both my wifi and my data plan and its a no go. I would really love to make this work.

Hello, I recently downloaded ExpressTalk Pocket for my Windows Mobile 5 Phone and the layout it great I really like it. The only issue I cant seam to get the thing to work properly. I put in my SIP info but it kicks back error. Sometime a call will go thru and then sometimes it will say error. What I am looking for is help in setting this up so i can use it properly. I have the following info ProxyUserName=XXXXXXXXXXXXX ProxyUserPassword=XXXXXXXXXXXXX SIPCallerID=XXXXXXXXXXXXX RegisterOnProxy=1 SIPRegistrationAcceptResponseWithoutContact=1 SIPVoiceMailAddress=XXXXXXXXXX UserDomain=xx.xxx.xxx.xxx ProxyDomain=xxxxxxxxx.com ProxyPort=5070 If someone can tell me where to input each of these correctly would be great.
