Try opening "my Documents" folder. Go to "tools" "folder options" "file type". Look for "DCT" or what ever you are having problems with. Change the properties of that extension to open with the program you want as the default program. dg

Same thing was happening to me. Finally got it worked out with the help of tech support. Try taking the first part of the server address off. I was usint ftp:// and then the IP address. What we ended up doing was taking the ftp:// off and just using the IP numbers. Works fine now. Good luck dg
