Yes i do the setup with uplink and 3cx pabx and works for inbound calls from skype.
To outbound calls you need use a softphone like eyebeam.
i dont have sucess to dial to skype names from ata devices on my network. <<<======SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS !
Here the instructions sorry about bad english ok
set one pstn line on 3cx with this settings:
1 on gateway hostname or ip filed put the ip from the manchine where uplink and skype is running (if you running 3cx and uplink in same manchine 3cx maybe not permit you use localhost a ip.solution add a second ip ex 192.168.0.99 in same manchine and go ahead)
2 number of ports 1
3 type analog
4 gateway port i use 5070 on 3cx and uplink
5 registration settings choose this option"Nothing (doesn't require registration at all)"
6 dont touch in the other options unless you have troubles.

1 general settings when skype calls sip dial the follwing number
in this field i put a number of a extension you have configured on 3cx (can be a normal extension in use) all calls coming from skype go to this extension only !!!
2 Account settings here you put the same data from the pstn line of you have configured on 3cx
SIP NUMBER = IDENTIFICATION OR VIRTUAL EXTENSION
PASSWORD = DUHHHHHH PASSWORD
SERVER = IP ADRESS WHERE 3CX RUNING
2.1 advanced settings this can be vary from a network from another so you need try various settings if you dont know the rights settings for your network.
3 network tab
local sip port here in my setup i chose 5070 as port but if you use this port in another program choose another value
(IMPORTANT THIS NUMBER NEED BE SAME ON 3CX SETUP AND UPLINK OR NOT WILL WORK)
rest of settings should be the right settings for your network.
everthing set apply ok and bla bla bla uplink restart and skype
ask to someone call to you in skype and a extension of 3cx should ring
here this setup works like a charm
