Interestingly i tried the NCH softphone and that was perfect both externally & internally i think ill give the Linksys SPA941 a bash & see how i get on. I also spoke to VoIP Talk & they said "we cant change any volume settings" Ill post the results once i buy a new phone. Cheers Andrew

Hi All We have 5 Grandstream GXP 2000 phones working fine on AXON using VoIP talk as a provider. However the external transmit volume is very faint, customers are constantly complaining we are to quiet. If we make an internal call the volume is perfect. This seams such a silly problem to have, surely there is a volume control somewhere that i haven’t found. Please help its driving me insaine!
