I bought Wavepad today thinking i was purchasing the latest version (Release Date 3.28) HOWEVER....i got version 3.05 and can't seem to update it.....i already know how to use the software, so of course i didn't get support service, but now i can't get a hold of anyone! WTF!!!!!! I'm close to calling my bank and refusing the charge because of this....i love the software, but they need to work on customer service Ideas anyone?
