Ok I have finally got the system all setup and working right. Except for a massive 20 second delay before ringing the actual phone when making outgoing calls I am having an issue with the call queueing. Actually the problem is that it just doesn't work. I only have one phone connected however the calls keep getting routed through to the phone and never get put on hold and wait. In fact the caller will never be put on hold and will always call straight through to the extention even with 3 calls already routed to the extention. What on earth is going on here?
