  1. You are correct. Also, "Leave at the competer" should also work.

    OGM Repeat

My OGM is not repeating after the first play. This is my config for the OGM 1. Answer using OGM - MainMenu 2. Play wav file giving caller menu options. 3. Wait 2 seconds. 4. If no input, repeat OGM (max 2 times) 5. If no input after repeats, go to default mailbox. The line picks up, the OGM plays the wav file, and then waits. There is no repeating or defaulting to the main mailbox. If I press an option, IVM responds by going to the correct mailbox. Has anyone got there OGM to repeat? Mike.
  3. How is your system set up. I am currently running Vonage VOIP. As far as IVM is concerned, the VOIP is just another analog line. Also after a couple of rings, do you get any CallerID info. Does the "info bubble" show up in the botom right with the Line, number and CallerID info? Is the analog and VOIP lines connected to the same modem or different modems? Mike
  4. I am also running IVM on Windows 2003 Server. I have found that when a connection is made through RDP, the sound cars setting are changed in the shell environment from your Modem or Sound Card to RDP Sound Device. This is because RDP is trying to pipe the sound from the server to the Remote Desktop. IVM responds to this change, by changing its Playback and call announce sound device properties (File -> Settings -> Device). I don't know if blocking IVM from running in the RDP session will fix this (I think it might). An alternative woould to have IVM running on a different machine (I have IVM running on my second DC) or to have Quickbooks data files located on the server and users run the Quickbooks app on thier machines (I do this with MS Money). I hope this sheds some light on the situation. Mike.
