I have IVM answering attendant 3.07 whn a call comes in...cid announces the call, and the number displays on screen, the bottem data screen reads,,, 17:54:29 Line 1 7068310170 (Answered) 17:54:30 Call Disconnected 17:54:47 Call Disconnected the phone just continues to ring ,,,,the entire time? I have re-installed the program twice... I dont see anything off? any ideas? Thnaks Robert

Hi .. ... I have the IVM Answering machine pogram, and I'm running a "Broadxest DSI V.90 PCI Di3635" Modem. It works, But the caller ID ....don't flash on screen...and it always says Unknown...even when the other CId shows the name, number, etc. I shows no CID on emails of the messages too. I have another caller Id program, when I turn it on..with same modem...it shows caller name, displays just fine. ? anyway... I want to add the VRS recording system program... What is the best modem that will work with both of these programs.... farlly priced...
