I had the trial version of Switch on my mac and it worked wonderfully. The trial expired and I couldn't get the free version to convert any of my wma files to mp3's, so I just purchased Switch Plus. It still won't work!! When I try to convert a .wma, I get an error message saying that either the file is DRM protected, or that I have not installed Flip4Mac. Neither applies... When I go to choose a file to convert, all the .wma files in my folder are grayed out and I can't select them. Can anyone help me? I just paid $30, but didn't pay for the support. I don't think I should have to... Thank you!!
