I would like to get a refund ... since this product isn't working like demo softward did. Anybody know the customer care number or do you just dispute the charge on your card.

I keep getting this error message when trying to burn a audio book cd. Sense Data: 06 29 00 I was able to burn with no problem using the trial version but since I purchase the EB plus I am getting this error! HELP!
