I asked for support regarding this same problem. I was directed to this forum. I've tried, unsuccessfully, installing/reinstalling both ES and Switch. I finally broke down and purchased support. I submitted a request (explaining all of my efforts) and was promptly directed back to this forum. Wow, I'm so glad I purchased the support plan.
