  1. 8/31/07 (according to the date on the installation icons). I only see three icons, though I bought all four programs. I can't imagine not putting all four in the same spot, and I can't find the one for WavePad anywhere. I wonder what I should look for. Is it possibly still "under warranty" or something?
  2. Hello, I am having trouble locating the folder I must have gooten with my original downloads of the Switch/WavePad/ExprssBurn/ExpressRip suite. I need to do a fresh install of my OS, and want to add these programs later. Without the original folder I downloaded, program reinstallation is impossible, right? What is that folder typically named? Where is it typically located? Thanks P.S. I have found folders for burnsetup, ripsetup, and switch, but not one for WavePad. Is WavePad installation part of one of these three? Or ought it have its own setup .exe?
  3. Hello, Folks: I just used Switch to convert some .flac files to .wav. The conversion was fine. I tried burning them to CD with Express Burn, and I get the message "you dont have the microsoft pcm format codec". Express Burn will still accept .mp3 files; just not .wav. However, I can open the same .wav files in WavePad just fine. I also tried opening these .wav files in Windows Media Player 11 (on a 32-bit Vista system), only to find that the media player will not open at all. Hmmmm. I was able to "open as administrato, (which I've never had to do before), but it does not recognize the .wav files I try to drop into it. To "solve"this, I looked for an updated codec pack for Vista. I had an old version, and I don't know how to check if i have properly removed it. I can no longer tell if this is at the root of the problem, or if I added a second problem. Now I am truly confused and wondering: a) how will I get windows media player to work again, and how do i get express burn to burn .wav files again? Any help appreciated.
