So where could i buy a damn good one for $35? I thought that was a good one.

I installed a new 56k Faxmodem PCI for Windows Model 5699b but the system will not pick up when someone calls my house. Someone said that it needs some TAPI added? Is that true and how do I go about getting it? I am only using this for my home networking system. Also I dunno if u need to know but - I use wireless internet connection with a linksys.
