  1. I'm glad your problem has been resolved, I however, am still waiting for a responce from NCH.
  2. You have had a problem simular to mine. It all stems from the fact that NCH are so keen to take your money they provide no opportunity for you to review your purchase and personal details before they take you money. In my case I didn't notice that THEY had already preselected an item for purchase that I didn't require, cost £100 ish, so I have paid for something I didn't require or choose. I have emailed twice and not even had the courtsey of a reply. I wouldn't reccommend doing business with these people and I think our chance of getting a reply are slim. Peter
  3. I too have had a problem with purchasing from NCH. I bought VRS (single line version) but ended up with both the single & milti line versions. I didn't notice that NCH had pre selected the multi line version for me. At no time was I given the opportunity to review my order before payment was taken, it wasn't until I recieved an e-mail that I realised I had paid for the multi line version. I have emailed NCH twice about a refund and had no even had an acknowledgement back from them. Every other company I have bought from gives purchasers the opportunity to review and amend their order prior to confirmation. Had this facilty been presented to me we would not be in this problen, then again they wouldn't have £100 of my money! Has anybody else had simular problems and were they resolved? Regards Peter
  4. I have a problem related to standby & Hibernate. I have set VRS to start before Logon. With VRS running the PC will not go into standby or Hibernate. If I stop VRS then everything is ok. I leave the PC unattended for periods during the day and I want the PC to go to standby. When call are received the PC come out of standby. Has anybody any experience of this problem?
