I'm trying to setup VRS (v5.09) to record a caller when they dial into the IVM (v4.02). Both VRS and IVM are installed on the same PC.
ON the page VRS Call Recording Scenarios page at http://www.nch.com.au/hardware/setup/callrec/voip.html it says just install IVM after VRS, which I've done yet nothing appears to be happening and the VOIP channel has no activity when the IVM is in use (on the VOIP line)
I can use VRS to record when a caller is on a PSTN/analog line.
Is there a setting I'm missing in either program?
