I purchased Wavepad a few days ago- and I started recording without any trouble. All of a sudden, I can't even get the timer to start- therefore, no recording. I disabled Auto Start, still nothing. I have Vista. I hope that has nothing to do with it... Agony here.

Well, it DID work w/ my Vista when I started a few days ago. Now, I can't get it to record. I had recorded several files, and now I can't even get the timer to start!!!!
