I am having a problem with IVM treating my callurl card like it is a voip modem. (4LV+ PCI rev
I have tried it in 2 computers. When doing call transfers it says in the logs
VOIP Blind Transfer To : number here
and the behavior is nothing like it should be then.
No matter if I have set to blind/confirm or answer detect (which is what I am after)
Now from what I can tell there is nothing wrong with the card settings - using the diag32 utility all the detect settings like call connect, busy, ringing all pass the tests perfectly.
I am on a Telstra connection in australia, no VOIP anywhere. direct connection to a business line (so the call transfer feature works)
Has anyone seen this problem - I narrowed my problem to this when I read in the help on VOIP only Blind transfer is supported - and that seems to be happening to me on normal.
