I downloaded the free version of this company's rip and burn software. I ripped a disc and attempted to burn a CD.The burn takes quite a while and I finally get a message that there are problems burning the disc. I push the button on the rip software to eject the disc and I get a mesage that I don't have a CD burner and if I disagree go to tech support at this web site. I looked at my hard drive and my CD drive is missing. Does anyone have suggestions?
