Hi Guys/Gals, need some help here. Trying to automatically receive and transfer calls to mobile or Land line using Axon (on server) Express talk, IVM and IMS on Pc, I have everything working correctly, incoming calls are auto answered and then placed on hold, IVM then takes over and tells customer to hold while we divert the call and then the Mobile number is called. Then it hangs up, both calls lol. I can receive multiple calls in the express talk and all are mapped correctly. I can transfer the call to my mobile and this works fine until I hit the transfer button again and it drops both lines off. I've check with the VoIP supplier ( gotalk) and they say it should be fine but they can not offer any support. Any ides would be grateful Thanks in advanced. Brad
