  1. I am looking for a driver to interface between the Plantronics CS50-USB headset and express talk. Several of the soft phones I've used in the past have this capability, and the Plantronics driver actually works with Skype and several other soft phones. My goal is to be able to answer the phone and hang up by pressing the button on the side of the headset.
  2. Well it seems the issue has solved itself. For some reason I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and everything seems to be working fine.
  3. I can't seem to get Express Talk to send the keytones properly. When I dial into someone elses automated system it doesn't recogize my keytones. I have turned them on in settings (thought I get the impression that only turns them on and off on my end). When I call into certan companies it seems to work fine, but then others I get no response when I press a key.
  4. I have never found a way to do that, but there is another SoftPhone that can. It has its own brand of quirks, and the support in nonexistant, but heres the link. http://www.globalipphones.com/eng/content/.../Ninja/pro.html
  5. this is a feature I need extremely badly. I am an insurance agent, and call about 100 people per day sometimes the number is wrong and I sit there for 30 to 45 seconds before I figure it out.
  6. I have been attempting to use express talk as a replacement for my office phone. I make a lot of calls during the day, and sometimes I get a telephone number that was written down wrong or has been disconnected. Unfortunately with express talk it just rings and rings and rings until it times out. I also noticed that if you call somebody that has a ring back tone you do not hear their ringer, you hear the default express talk ringer. I'm wondering if there's any way to disable the express talk ringer, and hear what's going on the other side. I know that I've used other VoIP phones and actually hear what's going on the other side. Thanks for your help.
  7. I too am having this issue. I didn't have the problem with my original VOIP provider, but when I switched I started having an issue. I also tried using Axon (made by NCH) and had the issue no matter what VOIP provider I used. I switched to X-lite (much less features) and the problem went away weather I used Axon or not. Now I am forced to abandon Express talk, even though I use all there other software.
