I am setting up a system that is experiencing significant delays in ringing my extensions. Here is a brief outline of my setup.
1) A call is recieved by Axon and it rings on an IVM extension for the automated attendant.
2) A couple OGM's are played and based on prompts from the caller, an OGM will transfer the call to a group in Axon.
3) The caller immediately begins to hear the on-hold chimes but the extensions do not ring for at least 20 seconds.
Please note:
4) All of the extensions in the group are set with a delay of zero
5) As a test, if I change the external line to ring on the call group instead of the automated attendant, the extentions ring immediately
Any ideas on that could be causing the delay?
