it would be most beneficial to have the option to select one of these for DTMF ( inband, sip info, and rfc2833.) thus making this softphone compatible with most all providers of voip service

It would be great if NCH did offer the option of how to send the dtmf tones. The same voip provider when using another wireless phone works just fine in sending the tones/codes and having them be recognized.

I have seen this post elsewhere BUT I have not seen an answer as to how to correct this. I need to be able to key in an extension or an option # once in a call. Is this an option to get a refund for this product?

Need to have many more rings before disconnecting MUTE key would be nice to have Contact List add a GROUP field so that you can sort by Group Get the product so that the tones are usable when calling into other systems and you have to enter and extension # or option # My current version does not work at all with entering and extension ro option # (tone) it does nothing YET xlite and communicator do work fine thru the same voip provider
