Hello, i'm testing the IVM Software; the goal is to build a call centre application. the problem is this: The first OGM call a plugin and must wait a variable value to determine the next OGM. It can wait a time at the end of message; but is not a good solution: may it be too shoort or too long... I'm looking for an event condition like "when the plugin ends"... I have modified the plugin code to insert a dalay so i can easy test the problem, but i'm not be able to find a solution. some ideas or triks? Thank you for your reply.
