Hello all, My experience with the Creative Modem Blaster USB V.92 DE5671-1 modem has been excellent for use with the Express Dialer. I am not sure if it is compatible with other programs offered by NHC. However, if you plan on using this or any other modem when using Vista and have port connectivity problems between the program and the modem, go to the modem manufacturers web site and obtain the latest drivers for that modem. Even if you just recently purchased your modem, save yourself alot of headaches and check for Vista drivers. Regards, Bob
