Hi there, I seem to be having an issue when using the call attendant to route calls. With LANDLINE phones and some VOIP services, when someone calls the main phone line, they get our call attendant. Once they press the number they would like to reach, they are transfered to that extension. While being transfered, the caller will hear nothing but dead, OR some random music that seems to be on their service providers server. When I set things up so that the incoming line goes directly to an extension OR GROUP number, callers hear rings as normal. IS there any way to have it so people hear rings (at least) ALL THE TIME, no matter who their provider is? The dead line really causes issues, which is the case for most analog/pots line callers.
