Thanks for answers. We actually couldn't get it sorted and it was needed urgently so we switched to something else.

Hi all Express Scribe working fine until today but received an email with DSS attachment. Loads into Express Scribe but time is at 0:00 and nothing is playing - it is only about 1 min but not showing file to contain any audio at all. Any suggestions where I should start looking??? Sender has confirmed there is audio in email!! Thanks
