Having a problem converting .ram files to .mp3. When I try, I get a box that says: Unable to load Real Audio Core DLL. This software required that the Real Audio Player be installed on your computer to load these files. Please download and install an up to date version of Real Player. So I updated the Real Player and it's now Version 14.0.1.609 I tried converting the file again, and still no go...same error box. I have the paid version of switch plus v 1.29 and running Vista home premium OS. Please advise and thank you in advance. :-) mrrocky

Hi Folks: I recently purchased Switch Plus (great product) but just now replaced my computer. I downloaded and reinstalled Switch Plus however, I need to know (if necessary) how to reactivate the subscription. I see in the instructions that you only activate the license ONCE. Do I have to activate anything else to make my paid version work on the new computer? Thanks y'all.
