Hello, I operate a communications firm using SIP lines and IVM 4.03 for outbound dialing. For public opinion surveys. I need a plugin - so as the client can partake in a survey at their own convenience. Hence, leaving information on their voice mail allows for participation at their discretion. In order to do this efficently I need to put a call into voice mail when the client phone line is engaged. I need to make two calls to the same number. The first call is the instigator and its function is to engage the line long enough for the second call to be made which then automatically transfers to voice mail where the IVM program will deliver the pre-recorded announcement. This second call to the same number must be delayed just long enough for the first call to engage. First call then disconnects and the process continues through additional lines and numbers.
