I am looking for an IVR or Phone Recording platform that can be used to record notes, reports etc from clients via an 800 Number (US) The recordings will then be transcribed So features of interest include a. Should be able to save the messages in mp3 or wav format (good quality) b. We should be able to get to the audio files and copy them via FTP c. should be programmable.... open API, SDKS Does this system do this ? which phone system should I use ? fonality ? asterisk ?
